Asia Racket Sports is seeking passionate and dedicated badminton coaches to join our dynamic international team. This Full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing badminton services company, gain experience in the Hong Kong tennis scene, and deliver quality coaching at premier venues including international schools and private residence clubs.

We welcome coaches from around the world to join our team. Whether you are currently in Hong Kong or overseas, we are happy to support eligible candidates in obtaining the appropriate visa to work with us. This includes applicants under the Working Holiday Scheme, IANG Visa, or other work permits approved by Hong Kong Immigration.

Role Overview
You will work alongside our Head Coaches and Directors to deliver the Asia Racket Sports programme to a high standard across all levels—from complete beginners to performance players. You will coach in:

• International Schools: Deliver structured lessons to boarders and day students, ranging from new players to competitive juniors.
• Residence and Private Clubs: Run group classes, ladies’ clinics, league training, match play, holiday camps, events, and private lessons.

Key Responsibilities
• Create an inclusive, fun, and development-focused training environment
• Coach across school term programs, camps, and private sessions for both juniors and adults
• Foster strong coaching relationships with players and families
• Uphold coaching standards aligned with Asia Racket Sports values

Requirements
• Certified badminton coaching qualification
• Passion for grassroots and junior player development
• Valid criminal background check / Hong Kong Sexual Conviction Record Check (or equivalent)
• Fluent in English or/and Madarin, Cantonese is a plus.

Preferred Attributes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with high professionalism and integrity
• Confident badminton-playing ability
• Valid First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Prefer candidates who are eligble to work in Hong Kong (HK Residence/ IANG Visa/ Working Holiday Visa), but we also able to sponsor working visas for the right candidate if needed.
