We provide sports coaching, events registration, partnership and equipment sales. All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

You may need to create an account to access certain services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Payment

All prices are listed in Hong Kong dollar and are subject to change. Payment must be made at the time of booking or purchase, unless otherwise stated. We use third-party payment providers and are not responsible for any issues arising from those platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including logos, text, graphics, and media, is the property of Asia Racket Sports Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

1. Cancellations & Refunds

Once the payment is received, there will be no refunds, except in cases of serious illness or injury, for which a medical certificate is required.

2. Make-Up Policy

No make-ups for sickness & injury, except in cases of serious illness or injury, for which a medical certificate is required.

We only provide make-ups for prepaid term sessions in the following situations: 

1. Sessions are canceled because of rain.
2. Sessions are forced to cancel because of extreme weather conditions, civil unrest, or virus outbreak. We follow government guidelines and venue policies only.
3. Same rules apply to make-up sessions as camp sessions/ events. Once committed to a make-up session you will be expected to fill that spot and this will count as a lesson taken.
4. Asia Racket Sports offers make-up sessions throughout the term during regular term sessions, as well as on weekends/public holidays.

3. Wet Weather and Extreme Weather Policy

At Asia Racket Sports, the safety and well-being of our participants and staff are our top priorities. In the event of wet weather or extreme weather conditions, the following policies apply:

a. Wet Weather (Rain)

For outdoor lessons, decisions regarding cancellations or delays due to rain will be made approximately 60 minutes before the scheduled start time. Participants will be notified via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. If you do not receive a cancellation notice, please assume the class is proceeding as scheduled.

If a session is canceled due to rain, it will either be:

1. Rescheduled at a later date, or

2. Credited to your account for future use

Some of our venues have indoor backup facilities. Therefore, in case of wet weather please do not assume classes are cancelled without checking for WhatsApp group announcements.

b. Typhoon & Black Rainstorm Signals

T8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning: All lessons and events will be automatically canceled.

T3 or below, or Amber/Red Rainstorm Warning: Activities may proceed depending on actual conditions and venue policies.

For children’s classes, if the Education Bureau announces school closures due to weather, related lessons will also be canceled and rescheduled or credited.

If a session is canceled due to extreme weather, it will either be:

1. Rescheduled at a later date, or

2. Credited to your account for future use 

c. Heat & Other Extreme Conditions

In cases of extreme heat, sessions may be shortened, rescheduled, or moved indoors (if facilities are available).

Coaches will monitor hydration, sun exposure, and player condition throughout all sessions. Participants are advised to bring sufficient water, sunscreen, and appropriate attire.

4. Guardian Consent & Responsibility

If a participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for participation in our coaching programs, events, or camps. By registering a minor, the guardian agrees to the following:

Responsibility: The guardian is fully responsible for the conduct, safety, and punctuality of the minor during participation in any Asia Racket Sports activities. A parent or guardian must accompany children under 6 to the court.

Medical Consent: In case of emergency, Asia Racket Sports staff are authorized to take appropriate action (including first aid or seeking medical treatment) if the guardian cannot be reached in a timely manner.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Guardians are responsible for timely pick-up and drop-off of minors. Asia Racket Sports is not liable for the supervision of minors outside of scheduled lesson or event times.

Photography/Media: By enrolling a minor, the guardian consents to the use of photos or videos taken during activities for promotional purposes, unless a written opt-out is provided.

5. Media Consent

Asia Racket Sports may occasionally take photos or videos during lessons, events, or camps for marketing purposes. These images may be used on our official website, social media platforms, printed materials, or shared with members of the Asia Racket Sports community for personal use (e.g., parent photo albums).

If you or your child prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please notify us in writing by emailing info@asiaracket.com prior to participation. We will take reasonable steps to ensure your preferences are respected.

1. Products and Availability

We offer a curated range of racket sports equipment, apparel, and accessories. Product images and descriptions are for reference only. While we strive to keep our listings up-to-date, availability may change without notice.

2. Orders

• Orders can be placed online through our official website.
• Once you submit your order and receive a confirmation email, a contract is formed between you and Asia Racket Sports.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayMe, and other options listed at checkout.

• Payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Hong Kong SAR: 

• Shipping fee to be paid by customers to SF express upon delivery (Pay by receiver).

• Asia Racket Sports does not bear any compensation for indirect losses or other non-material losses resulting from delays or losses during the delivery of items.

Other Regions/ Countries: 

• Shipping fee to be paid to SPORTSTATION at checkout. Total amount will include the shipping fee.
• Customers will be responsible for any potential custom / tax fees, if applicable.
• Order will be shipped within 5 working days after payment has been processed (applicable to non-racket stringing orders only). For orders that require stringing service, please advise us for the estimated shipping date.
• Asia Racket Sports is not liable for any loss or damage to goods caused by various uncontrollable circumstances, including losses or confiscations due to the courier service.
• Asia Racket Sports does not bear any compensation for indirect losses or other non-material losses resulting from delays or losses during the delivery of items.

5. Order Pickup (if applicable)

• You may choose class or event site pickup (when available). Pickup details will be confirmed by email or phone once your order is ready.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

• You must email us at info@asiaracket.com with your order number and reason for return before sending the item back.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

• Exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item.

Non-returnable items include:

• Used or worn products

• Customized or personalized items

• Gift cards or digital vouchers

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange to you.

8. Warranty
